Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow one to two business days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way! 

SHIPPING POLICY:

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped within one to two business days using UPS ground post's delivery standard is 3-10 business days. We do not ship outside of the USA at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@makingitmakesense.store with your order number, a photo of the item’s condition and if it's a carrier issue please provide additional details such as a claim. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards satisfactory solution.
